Our client wants to upgrade from CRM 5 to 7 and at the same time would like to replace Genesys with BCM. I have been going thorugh all the documentation with regards to BCM. But I still have couple of questions.
1. I think BCM has only a single instance or does SAP provide multiple instances of BCM like Development, QA & Prod.
2. Does our client needs to pay for a separate BCM license and an associated annual license fee for users of BCM or Is it going to be part of SAP CRM 7.1.
3. As our client wants to deploy the call center solution at different locations, I assume it would be safe approach to deploy the BCM(Virtual Unit) on atleast 2 servers so that we can have a backup if something fails on one server.
