Editing Object IDs in EP 6.0

We are in the process of migrating our content to EP 6.0 and wish to change our ID naming conventions for all custom objects after the migration. However, it appears that object IDs are not editable properties. Also, when making a copy of the object, the portal automatically adds an extension to the ID. (e.g., _0) instead of allowing the administrator to customize the ID. Is it possible to edit the IDs for iViews, Pages, Worksets, and Roles in EP 6.0?
