Copying the fields from standard screen

Hi Folks,

I have a requirement in Campaign managment. In create campaign screen there are field called "Tactic" and "Communication Medium". I want to have same fields in the same screen just below it with same set of values in drop down. I have to assign two Tactics and Communication Medium to my campaign.

How can I achieve this?
