Error while checking in and storing: C:xxxxxx.docx Message no. 26253

Hi,

I am getting the above error for only *.docx files, I am able to upload all other files.

Please help me in resolving this issue. We are ugrading from to ECC6.

Hi Anish,

Kindly check following points:

1. In DC30 mime type for .docx files is defined properly.

2. This message is related to content server mainly .check for OACT and OAC0 that the content server working propely.

in csadmin ceritificate is activated.

Hi Ravindra,

DC30 is maintained accordingly for *.docx. The same config has been done in ECC5 and its working fine there. Issue is coming in ECC6.

CSADMIN is ok (staus is running : Green light). We are able to store other files.

OACT & OAC0 are configured properly as we are able to store other files.

Did you solve tihs issue. If so do you mind sharing the solution. I have the same problem with a different file type.
