Hi Vinay,
>>>>>>>I executed tcode sxmb_ifr.it's showing error: 500 Internal Server Error.
It seems to be a general J2EE problem, did you try to restart the J2EE? (Transaction Code SMICM, Menu "Administration --> J2EE Server --> Send Hard Shutdown with Restart")
>>>>>>Then i tried to connect to j2ee visual admin. I couldn't connect to visual admin.
May be the user you are using to connect to visual admin do not have the required roles, or it is locked.
You can logon to the abap stack and check this in transaction SU01. If the user is locked unlock it and check that it has J2EE_ADMINISTRATOR roles.
And also check whether java stack is working properly below this url.
http://<host>:<j2ee http port>/rep/start/index.jsp
http://<host>:<j2ee http port>/index.html

Hi,
Is the Java system completely up (green) in SAP MMC. Are you able to access the Java home page http://<hostname>:<port>;
Rgds,
Soujanya
Hi vinay,
--> The server is running on your PC (@home) or its an official?
-->If it is on your PC check the dates of the server. The server might be valid for one month it mighe be trial version.
-->If you face the same error, check your SAP MMC console your java instance will be in Yellow color wait for some time to get into green color.
Thanks
Hai soujanya,
SAP MMC dispatcher and server server both are complete green. One week back server was not getting started only yellow color was displaying. After i did restart many times now it's complete green.I guess may be problem with SQLServer. When i tried 2 start it's saying CoCreate Instance Error Occurred. Not Registered.
I can access the server home page http://xisrv01:50000/index.html it's working fine.
Hai Pavan,
It's not home pc.Official.Earlier it was giving error license check. Now it's fine. And in SAP MMC everything is green except SQL Server. It's in blue color.

SAP Systems

Hi Vinay,
Many times its happen that J2EE is showing that running state but it not properly running.
Use SMICM to check weather properly J2EE is running.
Please, have look into SAP Notes u2013 804124, 807000.

Rajesh
