User administration tab not working

Hi,

I did installation of EP for my development system and then went for system copy from my quality system.

Everything else is working fine except user administration tab.

when i click on it i am able to see the page with all buttons reagarding create ,delete and password change.

But when i click on any of these buttons it doesn't work.On the left hand side buttom it just shows error on page.

Kindly help me out with this.
