problem ib stms system

Hello

we have BW system on win2k with SQL 8 .

We had a disaster in our SQL system and we reinstall the SQL system.

Everything is working O.K but when we Cannot transport change request.

when i go to Check transport tool i got the error Message

DB Connect Link to database failed

DB connect Link to database failed

Offline Call connect failed .

i compare the SQL authorization to my production system and everithing

look O.k .

any idea ?
