Workflow Inbox Execution Error


We have workflow up and running. It was working fine until late Friday night. This morning when you click on an item in the Workflow Inbox, it does not go to the review screen anymore... it now executes another screen related to PR05. The only thing that I did on Friday afternoon was regenerate the uwl(..).xml file using the iView.

Any thoughts?
