Thats exactly my point, the only comparison available in system is job to job. After the composite results the comparison can be made with positions if the relationship is maintained of job with relevant position. But again the internal jobs must exist for initial matching and comparison. I was searching for a solution where I could directly compare market survey jobs with SAP internal positions, through standard SAP system.
Thx for your reply, but how is it posible to compare position with positions. In the Job Matching BSP the system dosnt allow to select any internal positions. Only internal jobs are displayed.
typically you would want to compare SAP jobs with Survey Vendor Jobs.
when you get your compsite results , you can compare your salary of the employee, or planned compensation of the position with the composite results for the Job.
Can you mention in detail the solution as to how can the compensation details of SAP internal position be compared to the composite results of the survey job. Is there any standard report or is it possible through job pricing BSP.
