How to send details of SO to diff. (related) customers through mail

Dear All,

My problem is, to send details of SO with Background job/report, to different (related) customers through mail in a plain text. ie, in a body of mail, with the interval of 30 minutes. if SO (Sales Order) is created, report will send mail with details, else, with message as 'no so created for your PO.

e.g. if 2 SO created for 2 diff, customers. System should send mail to first customers with details of SO, PO & etc, & sim, second mail should go to the second customers with his relavent details.

Please let me know, if any one has idea about it or solution of it.

Try creating a workflow,

Implementing the Business objects ,

There you can achieve this by triggering event.

Hi Richa, It may be correct.

But I am not working in workflow & even no idea about workflow. I am in ABAP. so pl. let me know from ABAP point of view.
