Hi Experts,

I have the problem that the pricing procedure we have determined is working fine but the problem is that the tax is not calculated. I have prepare a word-document with the name: Why tax is not calculated.doc

http://www.box.net/shared/nr1o4p8jiu

This document contains the steps I have made already. To be able to calculate tax it is necessary to create a subtotal before?

Best Regards

Oliver

hi, in CRM, for Tax calculation, you need to consider use normal method or TTE.

If you don't want to use TTE, you need to disable it, then the normal method will work.

Hi Zhenglin, thank you for that information. Where do I change in customizing from TTE to normal method?

hi, there is some configuration of TTE in SPRO, you can check the SPRO Path, and deactivate the TTE procedure.

And another simply method to deactivate the TTE is delete the 0TTE condition type from your pricing procedure and reset the IPC (SM52)

Hi Oliver,

this depends on the customizing of your pricing procedure. TTE based taxes are retrieved by the conditions *TTE in combination with specific condition value formulas. If you download your pricing procedure from ERP you would probably have something like MWST in place and thus would not use TTE. If you experience an issue in tax determination for MWST it is probably related to tax classification mapping (e.g. you could use the price trace activated by user parameter PRC_TRACE = 'X' to check whether there are initial access fields for the tax determination).

Best Regards,

Michael
