Reason for rejection not flowing to Child item from Parent item

Hi Experts

I am giving the reason for rejection at Parent item , but it is not flowing to child item.

Can anyone give me the reason why this is happening & how to overcome this.

Hi Shiva thanks for your response.

But the above OSS Note is for BOM. In that note we are giving the reason for rejection for higher level of item in BOM & its not passing below.

But in my issue I am giving tjhe Reason for rejection at Parent item ( Material Determination : Main item ) & its not passing to Child item ( Material determination child item)

But is it really effecting you? If the main item is rejected, then the sub item gets automatically rejected. Now my question is when you go into the 'Reason for Rejection' tab in the over view screen of the sales order, will it allow you to put in the reason for rejection for both the items? (parent and child) or will allow only for the parent? I think it should allow only for one item.
