Operation Costs

Hi Gurus,

I need to input in the order confirmation ( or somewhere else you suggest is best) the time used to produce a specific process order, also the number of employees that worked in that order, how can I input those values? Also were to mantain the cost per hour (rate) of each employee,

My requirement is to reflect in the order cost the following:

1)the cost of the used materials (This I am getting now from standard)

2)The cost resulting = (# of employees) * (Hours Worked)

3) A "fixed" cost that the business wants to add that would be = (# of employees) * (Hours Worked) * 133

Point 2 and 3 are same but at point 3 I have to multiply also by a fixed factor (133)

How can I map this scenario This is really important to me

I really appreciate your inputs.

Regards.

Julio

Hi ,

I am not sure i got your question. But you could have a look into the below steps..

1. Materials - Always the material cost calculated based on BOM qty * Standard price in material master

2. Your point 2 and 3 i believe these are done for activity prices. For this ,first you have to set up activity price in KP26 for the period concerned. When you calculate the cost ,this price will be considered. Here you can assign a fixed price and a variable price.

Basically in the work center you will be having a formula key defined. You can set up your own formula ..say some thing like SAP ACT = Timeoperation qty/base qtyNo of employees . So when you calculate the variable price calculated first. Then you need to add the fixed price as well( I am not sure how to handle the fixed component...You need to check your business,so that a formula can be created).

3. Before calculating material prices ,be sure you have a std cost estimate ( CK11N/CK40N) exist,so that the materials are updated with current price in material master

Hope this helps

Thanks

George
