TO is picking ALL stock, some for pick and some for putaway

Hi gurus,

The scenario is I have stock of 10 in storage bin 1-1, I want to move 3 to bin 1-2, If I create a TO in LT01 with mvt type 999 the result is that it picks the complete 10, and waiting to confirm are for putaway 3 in bin 1-2 (which is fine) and also for putaway the remaining 7 (sometimes to the original bin in this case 1-1, but sometimes its puting back the stock in different bin)

What settings need to be done so the system just pick the qty in the TO ? instead of picking everything and putting back the remaining??

SPRO > Logistics Execution > Warehouse Management > Master Data > Define Storage Type
