SAPSCRIPT page format

hi, i'm printing a sapscript on a letter paper size 8.5" x 11". the page format setting is defined on a format w/ width 297mm and height 210mm, lanscape orientation. my problem is this setting is not correct bec. upon printout, the next and succeeding pages does not print correctly i.e. the pages moved lower covering the 2nd and 3rd pages.

1. can i correct this by creating another page format that fits the size of the letter paper?

2. what is the trans. code to create the page format.

thanks,

rico

    Hi,

Yes Rico you can create another page format if it does not suit your need. You will have to create the page format in the spool administration(Tcode - SPAD) there you can create page formats.

    Hope this will help
