Calculate Number of Months from a Variable

Hello Experts,

I have a variable Zmon( interval ) for 0calmonth. And have created a Formula Variable Zfor1 , processing type replacement path > 0calmonth > attribute value > Characterstic reference ( constant 1) > difference. Using this to get the number of months. Included the Zfor1 in the formula for the Number of Months Formula in the columns. Unforturntely I always get Number of months as value '1' for any type of selection made for Zmon during the user exit entry.

Probably I have missed something here.

Any suggestions appreciated.
