Help with Query Design - No. of Dealers in Revenue Buckets

We are trying to develop a query that presents the Number of Dealers in Revenue Buckets by year

Current Year | # Dealers > 1 Mil | # Dealers > 5 Mil | # Dealers > 10 Mil
Last Year | # Dealers > 1 Mil | # Dealers > 5 Mil | # Dealers > 10 Mil
2 Years ago | # Dealers > 1 Mil | # Dealers > 5 Mil | # Dealers > 10 Mil

I'm imagining this could be done with RKF and Cell Reporting, but not sure this is the best approach yet.

What would the best approach be for a report of this type.

In the rows, create a structure for the time period buckets. In the columns create the formulas. hERE IS WHAT THE FIRST FORMULA SHOULD LOOK LIKE:

Revenue > 1M and Revenue < 5M. On the aggregation tab for the formula, set the aggregation property to counter of all values that are not null or zero, set the ref char to Dealer.

You can copy this formula three times and change the limits as needed.
