We are using CRM 7.0 and Microsoft outlook (various versions). We are using the integrated inbox functionality and this works as we would expect.
However our users want to use outlook to send email (that's what it's good at) and then transfer the sent item into CRM.
At the moment they are copying their sent items into their inbox so they can transfer to CRM.
Is there any way to either get a view of your sent items so they can be transferred into CRM or create another folder into which sent items can be moved (through an outlook rule) and this folder be available for transfer into CRM.
Any Suggestions would be appreciated.
