Payments Means

Hi experts ,

when user is working in "Payments Means " and approval messages are popup that time SAP system hang.

its happens only when user is working in" Payments Means " other wise sap is working fine .

Pl advices me !

Hi Nitin,

Are you using any FMS in Payment document?

Try to remove all FMS in Payment document and check again.

Hi Nitin,

Well if this is only for payment means - What action is the user working on system freezes.

It can be because when the approval messages are poped up the data will be received to the user.

Does it crash or any *.dmp file. or just after processing the message it tursn out to be ok?

Is this the case ofr anyother user when the approval message is received ?

NO crash or any *.dmp file.

NO any case other user when the approval message is receiv.
