Valuation area's missing in OMWD - Reg.

Dear Experts

Some of our valuation area's are missing in Group together valuation classes setting(OMWD). Hence i am not able to assign valuation grouping code to valuation area. Moreover, i am not able to create forcefully in OMWD.

Pls note:

1. Plants are created & available

2. Plants has been assigned with company code

How to proceed? expecting your valuable inputs.

Dear Kumar,

Same problem occurred to me . Just delete the assignment of plant with company code & reassign- OX18.

Then the you can find the valuation area in OMWD.

At this stage, if i delete & reassign the plant & company code combination, what will happen to the dependent settings which have been created by other modules till now?. Any implications? Right now all modules completed around 60% configurations.

Please clarify.

Excellent. This is the way to solve the problem.

Delete the assignment of plant & company code & assign it again.

After that check in OMWD, you will get your plant there.

Check whether you had copied the existing or std plant (0001) for your new plants and assign the Valuation grouping code to your newly defined plant , follow the below path.

SPRO-Materials Management-Valuation and Account Assignment-Account Determination-Account Determination Without Wizard-Group Together Valuation Areas.

Its standard when you create a plant by copies that valuation area and valuation grouping code will not get copied.

You have to manually maintain this.

There in no option to maintain manually in T-Code OMWD. Partly plants are showing & some of the plants are not listed out in OMWD.

HI,

Just delete the created Plant and recreate the same, it will get assigned. Try this.

also check settings in

Materials Management --> Inventory Management and Physical Inventory --> Plant Parameters

Hi,

How you have create your new plant , by the option define plant or by Copy delete check plant, I thlnk you have create by selecting first option, define plant with this the required customizing data may not be copy for your new plant, better try again by creating new plant with COPY deleet chek plant option and copy existing plant.

Hello

Please check whether your plant (valuation area) entry is updatd in Table T001K.

If not, Please maintian the Table entry for your valuation area in this table. Maintainance (create table entry) option is available for this table.

Entry is available for affected Valuation area(plant) in T001K. Valuation grouping code is Empty for that valuation area.

Pls note: more than 65% config has been completed by all the other modules by using those plants.

see if so much of the work has been done and already completed then I strongly suggest you immedeatly open a OSS message to SAP and let them look into it.

and sometime you need to take decesion which are hard to take and difficult to implement but you have to do as there is no other way......

Have u created plant manually? Better to copy from standard Plant or existing one and make necessary changes u2026. Then check in OMWD.

Hi,

As you said you created plant but just cross check plant is there or not in table T001W in SE11 t.code. Also check assignment of plant to company code in OX18.

Select VALUATION AREA IS PLANT in t.code: OX14

Entries available in T001W for those plants. However, valuation area is empty.

OX18 assignments are correct and its showing.

OX14 has been set for Plant level valuation.
