Hi,

I have created an Infoset Query (Query includes Infotypes 1000 and 1001) and assigned it to Free Search in Find by area of T. Code PO13. I have created multiple records in IT 1001 with end date as 12/31/9999. When I select the fields and run the Query in Free Search in Find by area of T. Code PO13 it shows me only 1 active record for a particular object ID even though there are multiple active records existing in IT 1001 for that object ID.

Please advice is it standard phenomena that in Free Search we can see only 1active record per object ID.

I created the authorization group still the problem exists. Any specific characteristics I need to keep in mind.
