Error in Po

hi

I had created 2 Po's with same data (including document type , value , purchasing organisation, plant material group ...etc everything is same ).

But problem is in 1 Po release strategy is triggering and in other no release strategy tab .

In release strategy configuration we had kept only PO order type as characteristics.

Dot understand how this is happening ??How we can rectify the same .

So any experts can suggest ur experiance in this regard.

Check purchasing groups of both p.o's ?

Hi,

As you have only one Release characteristics as document type & one PO is triggering release TAB but not another one PO, just check did you create two PO with two different document types!

As you have one value of document type in strategy in classification TAB, so you having such difference.

you created the 2 POs yourself? (not created by 2 different users?)

and it was in the same system ? (not one in QA and the other in PROD?)

And they got created close in time? or can it be that the release strategy was changed and a new transport had happened in between?

There Might be some user mistake happen,

1 My suggestion would be create a New PO On the basis of chraterstc in Release strategy , And Then chek
