Delete vendor field

Hello all, I am working in SRM 7.0 and I want to delete or put as display mode vendor field that appears in source of supply tab in shopping cart item details.

How can I do it?

Hi,

How about using Field Control customizing?

SRM -> SRM Server -> Cross-Application Basic Settings -> Extension and Field Control (Personalization)

Hello Masa, this is a dinamic field and in this case is not possible to change in this configuration step.

Only if you have /SAPSRM/EMPLOYEE you don´t have this field available.

To check it you can go to /SAPSRM/EMPLOYEE role, authorizations tab, object BBP_FUNCT, here you have a field Assign Fixed Supplier, if you check this field then you can see supplier field.

i dont understand. then how Buyers selects or assign the vendor in the cockpit ?
