Particular component quanitity in display mode under activity

Dear All,

In my project i got a requiremet where we are transferring the project stock from 1 wbs to some other activity reservation. Now we have done a development through which a new activity is created in destination wbs with certain description so that user can identify such stock in project builder and also its creating a new line item in existing reservation number.

We are able to do all this successfully now the problem is that user want to have this activity in display mode so that no one can modify this quanitity so in project builder that component quanitity should be in display mode. We are looking for some program to do that. Please suggest if some bapi or userexit can be worked in such scenerios.

Hi Abhishek,

You can use authorization to block access to that particular activity, use the work center to block authorization.

Thanks for reply. I got your point but via work center we can put activity in display mode and i want to make requirement qty for material in display mode.

Did try this option??

Once you ,make activity not autorized(diaply mode ) all material componens that are attached, shuld be on diaplay mode.
