Dep area 15 postings

Hi

1) Is there any way where I can post only to one dep area with out affecting other dep area.

We use Dep area 01 and dep area 15. Both are real dep areas. Dep area 01 posts online to FI and dep area 15 posts periodic to FI.

Now I want to make some value adjustments to dep area 15 alone. It should not change values in dep area 01.

More info - We donot use any king of special ledger for Dep area 15. DEp area 15 posts to certain gl accounts which do not appear in FSV..its for internal reporting...We use 4.7

2) I deactivated dep area 15 for a particular asset in its master data depreciation tab. Now I want to activate it again.

I am not able to see dep area 15 line at all in master data. how to add it now.

Hi ,

1 - Set the Dep Area 15 (Limit Transaction Types to Depreciation Areas): OAXE

2 - Execute T.Code: ABMA with Respective Dep Configured Transaction Type.

3 - Press Enter now you will get Papup Box here you select Respective Dep Area and proceed. ( ABMA screen you wont get dep areas)

Now The Values updated only Dep Area 15

Asset Master Leve De-Activated depreciation area not possible to acivated again, if you want you can get new depreciation area not de-acivated depreciation area.
