Installation WAS 6.20, Windows 2000 and SAPdb

I´m trying to intall an WAS 6.20 on a Windows 2000 with a SAPDB. The installation script for the WAS 6.20 is running until the end and there is coming a point:

to complete the central instance installation:

1) Perform the database instance installation.

2) Deploy the central instance java core.

What must I do exactly for this facts?

My E-mail account is: dasuje1@web.de

Bye

Jens

    Hello Jens,

the installation of WAS 6.20 consists of three phases: central instance installation, database instance installation, deploy java core. To performe each phase you have to start the installation separately for each installation task. In the first installation task you select the central instance, in the second - the database instance , in hte last: deploy java core. every time you start installer from the installation source, you give a new location for the installation run directory. Starting installer from there you select the installation task you are about to perform.

    greetings,

    Alexander
