Hi All,
My doubt is as follows:
I have created a material, with Inspection type 9 (repetitive inspection).
Also I have created an inspection plan for this material , in plant 1000.
However, when I am creating Inspection lot manually using QA01,
I get the message, "Inspection plan not created or found".
Please help.
Thanks and regards,
Piyush

In addition to Usage Make sure that the Date of creation of task list is prior to that of inspection lot.

In the header of inspection plan verify
1. Validity date. if you are using change number. check change number validity also.
2. UOM
3. Usage and status
4. Deletion flag.
5. In the material assignment screen, make sure inspection plan is not specific to a vendor or customer.
to verify inspection plan is correct or not try this
for existing lots
If lot status is CTRD, in QA02 go to second tab and try manually assigning the inspection plan. Here you can assign inspection
plan from different material, plant or validity date.
here you can find out if and why system is not assigning the plan correctly
Hope this helps.
