Hello, Prashnat,

you need to define the postprocessing agent in WE20 for your partner (or more generally in iidoc administration OYEA); then this user should receive the notification in his business workplace (tx SBWP).

If it is still not working, check that automatic wf customizing (tx SWU3) has been performed.
