Hi,

Is your system running ?

If yes, then check SAP note 72248 and 396309. Try to re-registering the message service to the MMC.

Thanks

There is no sapgw so called file found in C:\Windows\System32\drivers...

Hi,

Check C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc path, services file should be there. Open it with notepad.

sapgw00

sapms<SID>

and also check via SQL server management studio whether SQL agent is running / DB SID (instance) is not offline.

Thanks,

Seems to be a problem with the connection to the database.

Whats your DB???

And also check whether all the DB related services are up ad running.

Login to SIDadm prompt and change the directory to /usr/sap/SID/DVEBMGS00/work and check for the trace file for dispatcher..i.e :- dev_disp..view the log if you can locate some thing.

Go to dir /usr/sap/<SID>/DVEBMGS<instance number>/work (in GUI -->tcode AL11, DIR_HOME).
