Hi
I am working on SRM7.0 portal and when i click print preview for Purchase contract document
Interactive forms of Adobe form is opened with PDF layout. I want to change adobe layout form to Smartform.
Now they want to go for Smartform layout instead of adobe form. I am struck up with two place.
1)How to know which interactive forms of Abobe form is called and where setting is made?
In ECC we have NACE tr-cd to see this.
But in SRM i can see action profile screen in SPRO
->define action profile -> Processing types
Smart forms print is checked with below print settings
Form Name: BBP_CONTRACT
Processing class: CL_PD_CTR_PROCESSING_BBP
Processing method:Process_BBP_CTR_PRN
Archive mode Print only.
No settings are made for Adobe forms here.
2)To use above standard Smartform and display in SRM portal, any specific customizing settings are required?
Like NWDC tool to connect web with GUI settings?. How to know which form is used when i click print preview.
pls advice.
Regards
Chandra
Hello Chandra,
1.
-
1. Go to transaction bbp_po_action_def.
2. In action Profile select 'BBP_PD_CTR', Double click on Action
Definition.
3.Then Double click on Processing Types.
You can see the form name maintained there. If you want to use smartform you can choose BBP_CONTRACT.
If you want to use adobe enter BBP_CONTRACT_ADB.

Whatever form is maintained here the same is called in the preview as well as output. The smartform name can be changed in BADI : BBP_CHANGE_SF_CTR
Transaction name is BBP_PO_ACTION_DEF for checking the customizing of smartforms.

Hi Sapna
Thanks for your reply.
SRM7.0 by default using interactive adobe form for print preview for any PO or Invoice document?
we are using SRM Portal and we would like to know where the ADOBE forms are displayed and where its configured in standard.
Looks like by default SRM using Smartform as far as i seen in tr-cd bbp_po_action_def.
Can you please confirm.

Chandra
