Batch Status Pop-Up at Usage Decision

SAP Gurus,

I need some quick help.

I have a situation where my Materials are Batch Managed and the Batches have Statuses (Unrestricted/Restricted).

So, Initially all Batches are set to Unrestricted. When the client finishes their Inspection and Results Recording. They go to the QA11 screen and perform their Usage Decision. Upon selecting "R" Reject on an Inspection Lot and clicking on the Save icon they get a Pop-up that says something about switching the Batch Status from Unrestricted to Restricted.

I am sure I am getting this pop-up because we are rejecting the Inspection Lot and the logical choice is to lock down the Batch, but my client does not want to stop the movement of the Batch or anything like that. They just wanna fail the lot and leave the Batch in Unrestricted Status.

Quesion is: How do I get this pop-up from even appearing?

In QS51 transaction, select appropriate posting proposal for the UD.
