BPF Re-Open funktionality BPC 7.5 NW

Hi all,

I implemented a Business Process Flow with several steps. In all steps I want to use additional to my OWNER the REVIEWER funktionality. Furthermore I want to Re-Open some of the steps and flaged therefore this Re-open sign in BPF customizing.

I note, that its possible to reopen the steps by the OWNER as well as by the REVIEWER when this flag is set.

Is there any possibility to customize authorizations for this Re-Open funktionality? I want to Re-Open some steps just by the REVIEWER of an Business Process Flow not by an OWNER.

In your case, it is possible.

Please review the below statement also, as a precondotion:

■You must be an owner or reviewer in both the current step (active step) and the previous step to be able to reopen that step. If you are the Business Process Flow (BPF) instance owner you can reopen a step, regardless of owner or reviewer assignment, from the BPF monitor.
