REG:CANCELLATION OF TO

Hi Gurus,

Can anyone explain,how do i cancel the transfer orders,but they say confirmed without difference and there is no delivery number as it is with respect to TR,i tried to do lt15 it did not allow me,then as it was confirmed i tried to cancel the material document first using MBST but it did not allow me again,can anyone explain me the steps involved in canceling,i would really appreciate your help.

a confirmed TO cannot be cancelled, you have to create a new TO with LT01 and movement 999 to move the material back.

Only a confirmed TO for a delivery can be cancelled with LT0G.

Hi Jurgen,

Thanks for your quick reply,let me explain you the whole story 15 pcs of a material were moved from one location to the other and were adjusted out via movement type 702,the move created a TR and there were two TO's created from the TR,and they are confirmed by user,who did not knew that they are not supposed to go that location,now i need to cancel these TO's,as they were already confirmed so they cannot be cancelled,so can i create a TO using LT01 and 999 movement for the whole of the two TO's i mean one TO has 3 pcs and the other has 10 pcs so now can i create a TO for 13 pcs..and will that take care of the situation.??? please explain with steps if possible.
