Reporting OVERLOOKED EDI WORKITEMS

We are in Release 4.7C using standard SAP workflows for EDI orders. Want to avoid customizing workflows.

Is there anything in SAP that would allow us to show or report pending workitems greater that X days for an agent or agents?

Some users either ignore or forget they have workitems that need to be completed. Seems like there should be something in standard SAP to address this situation.

Have searched SDN and SAP notes but maybe I have missed something. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
