Unable to load AddonInstallAPI.dll

When I try to install addon in some machines without administrator permissions the installer generates the next error: Unable to load dll file "AddonInstallAPI.dll". In machines with administrator permissions this error is not presented. I made the installer with B1DE. What permissions do the Addon need for run?

Hi,

Most add-on need administrator permissions to run. It will be difficult to authorize specific right for the installation user.
