Hi there,
From a marketing campaign we want to determine the responsible sales organisation in the follow up transactions (call list). In the campaign we use the marketing organization, but as far as I know, it is not possible to use /copy the marketing (which is in our case also a sales) organization into activities created from a marketing campaign.
Therefore I use the organizational determination in the activities to get the sales organization based on the employee responsible in the created transaction. Rule 10000194 "responsible organizational unit of the user" looks promissing, but uses the activity partner in stead of the employee responsible. Does anybody know how to accomplish my request (determine sales org based upon employee responsible in the transaction?
Thanks and regards,
Luc
Also do not forget that, the pre-requisite to this is that you assign all such possible employees in the Org structure under respective organization nodes.
This should help.

hi, I remeber in the partner determine access sequence configure, you can set the source of partner function of your determine rule.
So you can choose the responsible persone as a source partner for your rule, if the rule is correct, the result will be ok.

Hi guys,
Thanks for your replies. The org model was already set-up correctly. The issue is already solved. I forgot to set the partner function category for the organizational data determination in my transaction type. Changing the value 0006 contract partner --> 0008 person responsible solved my issue.
Thanks anyway!
Best regards,
Luc
