Dear Export,

We have implemented nakisa orgchart July, 2010 in China. After that, nobody has made any modifcation and some day later, the org chart is missing...

We almost sure nobody touched the server last 7 month, but how can it be?

1/26/2011 3:35 PM: ERROR: ApplicationConfiguration : getDetail : detail: OrgUnitGroupViewDetailsPrint does not exist.

Dear All,

The problem has been solved. The reason is the "SettingsResources.XML" in the floder 'XML', there is no chinese key, so you need to open the file and add the follow lines:

<key name="Chinese">

<value>1</value>

</key>

below

<key name="German">

<value>1</value>

</key>

.

Save the file and reset the web server using cmd, then press iisreset. The orgchart will come out.

Long time ago, I have add these lines and the problem has been solved. But after four or five months, I don't know why the file turned back. The customers said that they have never touch the server.

Anyway, thank god.

Hi Ross,

Well done. This would not happen without something happening to the server, so just make sure you make a backup
