After delivery still showing at Open order

Hi Sap gurus

I have a problem " for Customer order given for 10000 and delivery also is over but still the 10000 quantity showing at open delivery.

Our all the process wil run through Idoc.

Kindly suggest how to solve and were to chk.

Check for your item category in VOV7 what is maintained for the field "Completion Rule". It should have been "B"

is the delivery PGI'ed.

if yes, please check in VBUK, VBUP & VBFA.
