Tax Condition type

The condition type JMIQ & JMOQ is not showing condition value .. this is happening after some patch upgrade..

How we can rectify the same

Check validity periods of condition records with MIRO posting dates ?

Condition record has been maintained for these condition type with validity period from 01.01.2009 to 01.01.2015

Condition Type -

Rate -

---

Currency----

---

Condition Value

JMIQ -

---

The MIRO Screen showing the same difference of Condition Value..

Why Condition value is not showing even though condition record is maintained..

Please help
