Missing entries in collaboration task *All Tasks* for some users

Former Member

Hello,

since I have confiured the UME configuration service, some user do not see all entries in collaboration tasks All Tasks or their tracked tasks.

I have already refreshed the UWL cache and the collaboration index but the error still remains.

Does anyone have a solution or explanation. How is the display of the register tab All Tasks generated (e.g. special index)?

Thanks for your attention...

best regards, Bernd Hülsebusch

Hi Bernd,

Can you test this through the main UWL iview?

Add Content Admin to a user that has tasks in the UWL....

Log on to the portal with an id that has tasks in the UWL and can

access the PCD. Go to Content Administration ---> Portal content

1. Content provided by SAP

2. End user content

3. Standard Portal users

4. Iviews

5. com.sap.netweaver.bc.uwl.iviews

6. open the folder

7. right click on the Universal Worklist

8. and display a preview.

Can you see the tasks now? Could you also tell me if there are any errors related to permissions in the default trace?

Hi Beth,

gave content admin rights to the user and tested the behavior with the iView directly: no change, the display doesn't show some of the issues.

I checked the log files and found the following entry in uwl_defaultLog.0.log for the user which might point to the problem:

#1.5 #0019B9F51A45007400002E0A000010B400049ABCE43C74D8#1296035980844#/uwl/service/config#sap.com/tcwddispwda#com.sap.netweaver.bc.uwl.core.ItemManager#neich#2301##n/a##fb64dd70293211e0c9960019b9f51a45#SAPEngine_Application_Thread[impl:3]_20##0#0#Warning#1#com.sap.netweaver.bc.uwl.core.ItemManager#Plain###Item is null for action acknowledge, and for item type uwl:java.lang.NullPointerException#

Do you have any ideas?

Thanks for your help & best regards Bernd

Hi Bernd,

What is the full version (if you could copy and paste it here it would be great, of the following components?

EP-PSERV

KMC components

UWLJWF component

Java

Webdynpro JTECHF & JTECHS?

There were some fixes I know especially with UWLJWF with NullPointerExceptions and I will check for you once I have the exact version of the components listed above.
