*is there any Function module to extract the Data elements of all the fields in a variant just as we have RS_VARIANT_CONTENTS to extract the contents of a variant*

You can get the data elements from table DD03VV for a table/field.

Try function module RS_SELSCREEN_INFO, as this is independent of the selection variants, but rather bound to the actual program code.
