Attach documents to BOR object

WE have to store the paper work signed by the customer in to the system. Can soem one help me out to let me know that how this can be done.

and again there needs to be more detail:

- Is this about NetWeaver Knowledge Management?

- Or which system does the paperwork need to be in?

BOR sounds like a different area...

- What kind of "paperwork"?

- Is it electronic yet?

=> Which format?

- Or is it only available on paper?

=> You will need to scan it and then check in OR

scan it, OCR it and then check in.

- What kind of mass upload requirements?

- What kind of Business Object linkage?

- etc...
