Printing of documents

Hi,

If we got a new printer, and i would like to print my SAP documents like PO, GR etc. in that printer, what do i need to do?, I hope printer has to be assigned from basis side. Or we as functional consultants can assign? if so where and how please advice.

All output determination settings are done already.

better to keep the printing printer as local

so the windows default printer will be defaulted for SAP also

Hi,

Check with your Basis Team , to assign the New printer to User profile as default.

In SU3 the default printer will be set.
