hi, dont know if this was discussed or not, but I could not find anything on the above mentionned subject.
i'm wondering if it is possible to generate some sort of a where used list that would allow me to find out what queries are presently using a specific infoobject.
the where used list button in rsa1 (whilst editing an infoobjectg) gives a list of infocubes that use an infoobject. However, i need to know what queries are using an IO.
Thanks for your responses, RichardP
It worked for me - 30B patch 14.
By the way thanks, this information is very useful

Richard,
you can get the list of queries using an InfoObject by going to Metadata Repository -> Infoobject and then selecting the object.
the list will be under heading
<b>InfoObject Directly Used in These Queries</b>

Hi Tushar,
Thanks for the quick reply.
I dont seem to see that information in the metadata repository.
The only details I see in the metadata reposotory while viewing an infoobject is :
display attributes
navigation attributes
variables
update rules
transfer rules
infosources
infocubes
infoobject catalogs
ods object
I am running version 3.0b.
What version are you running ?
Maybe querie usage is information that has been added recently.
Thanks again, RichardP
