When I am trying to run Proposal in F110, system shows - Proposal has been released 25.01.11 11:37:46 with yellow highlight. Even after refreshing it, the same thing is happening.

Kindly help.

Hi Khushboo,

There can be several reasons why a proposal is showing released and not otherwise.. Investigate as follows:-

1. Check the status of the background job in SM37. when you start a proposal, the system issues a job in the background probably it was not started and is still waiting there.

2. Probably you did not check "Start immediately" when running the Proposal. Please go to "System\Own jobs" , find there the job and release the job there.

3. You might not have the authority to do payment run. Go to SU53 and check the object for which you dont have the authority.

Hope this helps..

Hi,

As I have already pointed out the System is showing a message as "Proposal has been released" with the date and time. How can I release it again?

Hi Jain,

1. Click on the menu edit menu-> Proposal & Delete Proposal

2. Re run the proposal again now this time click on the Start immediate button & run the proposal

Now it will show you the proposal without any time delay

Hi Khushboo,

Sometimes it happens because of missing authorization. Use tranasction SU53 once you select Start Immidiately Option and check if is there any authorization problem. If system shows last authoriztion check was succcessful then it is not an authorization problem. Check with your Basis Consultant to sort out authorization issues.
