Delta updates with multiple targets systems

We are looking at extracting LIS data (SD, QM, SM and MM) from one R3 system and sending it to two BW systems. As far as I'm aware there is no problem doing this as the delta Q creates an entry for each BW system updated. However I've not seen anybody doing this in Prod. Anybody had any problems doing this? The customer is concerned that the delta pointers may get corrupted...

Hi Anthony,

I had the chance to implement delta from two R/3 systems to one BW system in production without problem. I was able to test one R/3 system delta posting in multiple BW systems without problem. Meanwhile this was not a productive system but for testing purpose related to a potential business scenarios. For the test i ve made, everything ran smoothly.

Marc, thanks for your answer. We did some tests with the extractors we're concerned about and see no problem doing the double update.
