Archiving and Deletion

Hi All,

I am implementing archiving and deletion in XI Production. To schedule Jobs for the same what authorization do i required? Is the user should be Service user or Dialog user. I tried with my ID but it did not work it throws error..

Please let me know the require authorization for this.....

Hi Venkatesh,

You might not be having sufficient authorizations to do the Deletion and archiving on your production. Please contact your Basis person for the authorizations.
