create default operation & phase in process order

Dear PP Guru,

We used PP-PI and have a production type for simple production that there is no recipee for them.

We used auto generate order for this kind of production.

But in order, only operation is created and no phase is generated.

Hence this process order can not be confirm?

Is there any solution for this??

Dear,

In transaction "OPJG" you need to maintain default values for creating operation in case the system is unable to find a suitable master recipe. You need to maintain this for Plant/Order type combination.

Then define the confirmation parameter for this order type and plant for operation level confirmation.

Hi Sir,

Yes we have maintain in OPJG.

Operation has created by default.but there is no phase.

But in COR6N we can not confim it because there is no phase generated.

Is there solution so we can still use COR6N to confirm this type process order?

I think you still need that configuration (OPJG) since if you don't have then you can't create process order. Then in process order creation screen you can include recipe (create as normal master recipe screen) to be used as your template. Go to operation and click menu Operation -> Include Recipe.
