I'm using datasource 0Account_0109_HIER_Account Number but whenever I run the infopackage, not all the GL accounts created in SAP ECC were captured in BW. The datasource was already activated in RSA5.
Please check if the missing accounts exist in the hierarchy in transaction KDH3 in ECC. If not functional cosultantants has to add there. You can take the hierarchy name from the hier selection tab in the infopackage and check for that in KDH3.
