Dear PP/SAP Master,

Good Day. I encounter one issue as below:

Standard SAP will create the reservation based on dependent requirement once there's process order created.

Example Raw Material are used in FG PO , Raw Material will in reservation when FG PO created.

If the Process Order flag for deletion , the stock from reservation will move back to unrestricted.

There's one issue , after i deleted the FG Process order but the Raw material in reservation are not move back to unrestricted.

Kindly Please if anyone know how this can happen.

thank you.

Dear ,

Frist of all , technically , you can set deletion flag for process order when this order is finicially setteled within FY periods , Technically complete from production [TECO] , Final Goods Issue indicator is set [GMPS] , Operations are confirmed [CNF] and Goods Delivery completed [DLV]

Or , you should reverse all of them .If it is not settled so far by FICO , then reverse TECO [CO02-FUNCTION-Revock TECO] , Reverse Goods Receiept -102 -MIGO ,Reverse Goods Issue -262-MIGO , Reverse Confirmation -CO13 and then you can set deletion Flag .

If you set deletion flag prior to that , stock will not move back to unrestricted stock .Settting deeltion flag does not mean you have deleted the PO rather it is an entry to SAP tabel for Process Order .

Dear , FYI this Process Order is not yet released , so it is not yet confirmation.

Can't i just flag for deletion and the reservation will gone ? If reservation gone , will the stock move back to Unrestricted ?

Or beside Flag for deletion , i should do TECO ? will TECO move back the stock from reservation to unrestricted?

Please advise.

Thank you.

There's one issue , after i deleted the FG Process order but the Raw material in reservation are not move back to unrestricted.

Dear While creating a order system will create a reservation, you can see in MMBE for that material in reserved column, system will Intimate that qty is for that material having reservation , thats solve( system won't consume or transfer the stock from unrestricted)

when you delete the order, system will delete the reservation, so it disappear in reserved column

This reserved column is not linked to any Goods movements, Its only for Logical display purpose. This will be used to calaculate availability check

Totally Understand that when creating a new order, the system will create a reservation, i can see in MMBE under reserved column,

the issue is , originally i having SFG 400Kg in Unrestricted.

when i created FG order and reservation created for the 400kg SFG.

Understand that when i delete the order, system will delete the reservation, This is totally agree.so it disappear in reserved column.

But where should my initial 400KG unrestricted stock? Should in move back from reservation right?

If not , there's missing stock in SAP ?????

HI,

When you put a deletion flag in production order, check if reservation is getting deletion flag set too in RESB. i think its not happening.

For you correct process wopuld be to TECO the Order . this willd efinately cancle the reservartion and your restrcited stock wouild move to unrestricted stock.

Hi,

DLFL flag is a step in archiving orders

TECO is a starting step to close order.

TECOu2019ing the orders first and then Deleting them with DLFL.

TECO will first take the step of deleting the open reservations and making the materials available to other orders.

DLFL does not,

Deletion or TECO of Process order never move the Stock, it will only cancel the Reservations

Thanks,
